- Accurate details (name, phone number, bike details) must be provided at the time of booking.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Advance Payment
- Some services may require an advance payment to confirm the booking.
- Advance helps us reserve time, materials, and resources for your service.
- Advance amount will be adjusted in the final bill.
3. Appointment Timing
- Customers are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may lead to delays or rescheduling depending on availability.
4. Rescheduling
- Customers can reschedule their booking by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
- Advance amount (if paid) will be adjusted to the new booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Begins
- If cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, the booking may be:
- Rescheduled, or
- Converted into future service credit
Less than 24 Hours Notice
- Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund of advance amount.
After Service Starts
- Once the work has started, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
6. No-Show Policy
- If a customer fails to appear at the scheduled time without prior notice:
- The booking may be cancelled
- Advance payment (if any) may be non-refundable
7. Delays & Changes
- In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to operational reasons.
- Customers will be informed in advance, and priority rescheduling will be provided.
8. Special Services (Custom Paint / Restoration)
- These services require planning and material preparation.
- Once design approval is given and work begins:
- No cancellation or refund is allowed
