  • Accurate details (name, phone number, bike details) must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Advance Payment

  • Some services may require an advance payment to confirm the booking.
  • Advance helps us reserve time, materials, and resources for your service.
  • Advance amount will be adjusted in the final bill.

3. Appointment Timing

  • Customers are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals may lead to delays or rescheduling depending on availability.

4. Rescheduling

  • Customers can reschedule their booking by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
  • Advance amount (if paid) will be adjusted to the new booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Begins

  • If cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, the booking may be:
    • Rescheduled, or
    • Converted into future service credit

Less than 24 Hours Notice

  • Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund of advance amount.

After Service Starts

  • Once the work has started, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to appear at the scheduled time without prior notice:
    • The booking may be cancelled
    • Advance payment (if any) may be non-refundable

7. Delays & Changes

  • In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to operational reasons.
  • Customers will be informed in advance, and priority rescheduling will be provided.

8. Special Services (Custom Paint / Restoration)

  • These services require planning and material preparation.
  • Once design approval is given and work begins:
    • No cancellation or refund is allowed
