About these terms

These terms apply to the ARCHER PRASANTA website and the services we offer through it. Product information, an agreed estimate and the relevant policies also form part of the information for your purchase or job.

Please read our Shipping, Returns and Workshop Service Terms where relevant. The Motorcycle Modification Policy applies to proposed alterations. A separate written agreement may add job-specific details, but cannot remove rights that the law protects.

Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate contact details and keep your account secure. Do not access another customer’s information, upload harmful files, misuse our forms or interfere with the website.

Tell us if you suspect unauthorised account use. We may limit access to investigate misuse, while continuing to handle genuine orders and complaints.

Choosing a product

Read the description, size, quantity, compatibility and manufacturer instructions. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure about suitability for a motorcycle or finish.

Screen colours and reference images may differ from a physical product. This does not excuse sending the wrong item or an item that does not match its description.

Prices, availability and orders

The payable price, applicable taxes and delivery charges should be shown before you confirm payment. Only use an offer if it is actually shown for your order.

If a listing error or stock problem affects an order, we will explain it and discuss the available options, including a refund where due. We will not substitute an item or collect an extra charge without agreement. A payment receipt alone does not confirm a workshop appointment.

Appointments and workshop work

An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed slot. Work is based on inspection, an agreed scope and approval of the relevant estimate. Added work needs approval.

We do not carry out illegal modifications. Colour changes, major alterations and road-use requirements are explained in the Motorcycle Modification Policy. A workshop invoice or project video is not an RTO approval.

Content, reviews and ownership

Our website design, original photos, videos and writing are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names and material remain their owners’ property. Ask before reusing our content commercially.

Reviews should describe your own experience. Do not post someone else’s private information, unlawful threats or material you do not have the right to share. Giving feedback does not transfer every right in your work to us.

Responsibility and your rights

We are responsible for the products and services we supply as required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for defective products, deficient services or misleading claims.

Use products according to their instructions and follow agreed aftercare advice. We will assess a reported problem on its facts; we do not treat every problem as customer misuse.

Concerns and applicable law

Contact us with your order or job reference and the problem so we can investigate. Our Help & Complaints page explains how to raise an issue.

Indian law applies where applicable. These terms do not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer commission or another authority, or force you to use only a court in our home district.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website. Material changes to an existing order or agreed job should be discussed with you. A new version does not retrospectively cancel an agreed remedy or a legal right.
