Refund Policy
At Archer Prasanta, we aim to provide high-quality motorcycle services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Service Bookings (Bike Service, Restoration, Custom Paint, Engine Rebuild)
Advance Payment
- Any advance payment made for booking a service is non-refundable once the work has been scheduled or started.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
- If a booking is cancelled before inspection or work begins, a partial refund may be provided after deducting processing charges.
After Work Starts
- Once the service has started, no refund will be applicable.
Custom Paint Jobs
- Custom paint services are non-refundable once design approval is given or work begins, as they are personalized services.
2. Product Purchases (Bike Care Products)
Eligible for Refund / Replacement
Refund or replacement is applicable if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is defective
Conditions
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Not Eligible
- Used or opened products
- Damage caused by improper use
- Change of mind after purchase
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of refund
4. Appointment No-Show
- If a customer does not show up at the scheduled time, the booking amount may be non-refundable
5. Delay or Service Issues
- If there is any delay or issue from our side, we will try to resolve it with priority
- Refund will be considered only in exceptional cases
