Projects and reference material

A project page or film describes a particular motorcycle and scope of work. It is not a promise that every motorcycle will have the same result, budget or timeline. Ask for a current estimate for your own job.

Concepts, renders and reference imagery should be identified as such. They should not be presented as completed customer work. Screen colour is not a substitute for an agreed physical paint reference.

Safety and legal requirements

Our videos are not a complete repair manual or a substitute for a professional assessment. Tools, chemicals and motorcycle systems can be dangerous when used incorrectly. Follow the relevant instructions and seek suitable help.

Seeing a build in a video does not make the same change lawful on another motorcycle. We do not accept work that violates applicable motor vehicle law. A “show only” or “off-road only” label is not a way around prohibited work. Read the Motorcycle Modification Policy before planning an alteration.

Paid, gifted and affiliate relationships

When content has a material connection to a brand, such as payment, a gift, barter or an affiliate commission, the connection should be clearly disclosed with that content. A disclosure hidden only on this general page is not enough.

Mentioning a brand is not proof of sponsorship or an official partnership. We do not claim an association that has not been agreed.

Claims and product suitability

Product claims should be supported by appropriate information. A personal experience is not proof that everyone will get the same result. Check the manufacturer’s instructions and suitability for your motorcycle, paint or riding conditions.

A sponsored placement does not justify misleading claims or remove the need for an honest description.

Send brand proposals to contact@archerprasanta.com or use the brand enquiry section on our Contact page. A proposal does not reserve a filming slot or create a contract.

An agreed campaign should set out fees, deliverables, timing, disclosure, usage rights, revisions and cancellation terms. Views, sales, exclusivity and a particular audience response are not guaranteed unless a specific lawful commitment is expressly agreed.

Ownership, permissions and corrections

Brand names, music, photos and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Ask before reusing our films or images in commercial content.

To report a factual mistake, privacy concern or rights issue, send the exact page or video link and explain the problem. Include enough information for us to verify and respond.
