EXPLORE STORE ↗The work we offer
Our workshop handles motorcycle restoration, full body paint, engine rebuilds, custom work, detailing and routine motorcycle service. We also assess everyday faults and repairs.
Detailing can include deep washing, degreasing, polishing and ceramic coating, depending on the finish, inspection and agreed scope. A service name alone does not mean every treatment or replacement part is included.
Enquiries, inspection and handover
An enquiry does not confirm an appointment or completion date. Tell us about known faults, previous work, modifications and safety concerns. Any inspection or diagnosis charge should be agreed before it is incurred.
At handover, record the motorcycle’s condition and supplied items. Remove personal valuables and provide only the keys and relevant documents needed for the agreed job.
Scope, estimate and approval
We will explain the proposed work, expected parts and labour, applicable taxes and important exclusions. An estimate may change after inspection, but extra work or a revised charge needs your approval before we proceed.
Approval for one repair is not permission for every other repair. Keep the estimate and messages that record changes.
Advance and payment stages
The advance is based on the value and scope of the job. There is no single percentage for every motorcycle. The amount and any later payment stages should be agreed with you before payment.
Use the agreed payment channel and keep your receipt. We never need your banking password, payment PIN or OTP.
Parts, paint and finish choices
We will discuss whether parts are new, refurbished, repaired or supplied by you. The choice, compatibility and any limitations should be clear before fitting.
Paint and coating choices should be based on an agreed specification and, where useful, a physical reference. A screen image is not an exact colour sample. We do not promise a fixed coating life, performance improvement or warranty unless it is expressly part of the job.
Timing and progress
A completion estimate is not a guaranteed date unless we specifically agree one. Parts availability, the condition found during work, your approvals and necessary regulatory steps can affect timing.
We will explain significant changes and the available options. Customer account or progress updates may not appear immediately after work happens.
Cancellation and the advance refund
You can ask to cancel the job. We will record the request and explain the work already completed. We deduct the cost of authorised work completed up to cancellation from the advance and refund the remaining amount. If no authorised work has been completed, we refund the full advance.
We will provide an itemised explanation and confirm the refund arrangement. This policy does not create an automatic deduction for unused parts. Any separate issue must be discussed fairly and cannot remove your legal rights.
A storage charge must be disclosed and agreed in advance. A delay in collection is not permission for us to dispose of your motorcycle automatically.
Collection, aftercare and reported problems
At collection, review the work with us, check the invoice and ask about aftercare. Follow the specific instructions for fresh paint, coating, rebuilt components or newly fitted parts.
Any warranty is the actual written warranty for the work or part, not a blanket promise for the entire motorcycle. Tell us promptly about a concern. Nothing here removes remedies for deficient service or defective parts under applicable law.
Colour, RC and lawful road use
We do not undertake modifications that violate the Motor Vehicles Act, the Central Motor Vehicles Rules or other applicable law. A customer waiver cannot make prohibited work acceptable.
Before changing a registered colour, check the registering RTO’s permission, inspection and RC-update process. We will not begin until the applicable requirements are clear and any required prior approval is provided. A repair in the same recorded colour is different.
Major changes may need specific approvals, compliant parts, authorised providers or certification. Completing workshop work is not a certificate of road approval. The detailed Motorcycle Modification Policy applies to these proposals.
Work records and public content
We may keep relevant job notes, approvals and photographs to carry out and document the service. Public promotional use of identifiable customer material is a separate matter and should have separate permission.
